BAKING, CUTTING, BAKING...

More baking exploits with the cherub....blueberry muffins at the request of the 'da man' and scones - yummo! Apparently the muffins taste very 'west coast', meaning west coast Canada. That's a compliment in our house. I'm not sure what brought about this enthusastic response, except that we used wholemeal flour and extra cinammon and then there's the blueberries themselves, which are reminiscent of those island summer days. Elsa really enjoyed dusting the uncooked muffins with sugar and nutmeg. I have a feeling that we'll be dusting much of our baking from now on, at least until she discovers her next baking skill!
